Flexible deployment

OASES Core drives the functionality of the operational modules and enables you to configure them to your specified requirements. The OASES API also enables you to develop and explore new software link-ups to tailor your OASES capability.

Unified platform

Data only need be entered once and is then available to all modules deployed. Users can move easily between modules, which can be automatically included in a user-personalised menu. OASES logs session entries in all input fields, making it easy and intuitive to recall part numbers, registrations and other specified information. Quick and simple audit trails cover changes to the database; details of the change, user ID, date, time and location.

Central control: Security

Administrators gain full flexibility in managing user accounts, associated rights and security permissions, with the ability to redesign and re-label user menus.
Administrators can also define and control security groups (roles) and policies, granting, amending, or rescinding user/role permissions.

Continuing Airworthiness

MODULE 2
Planning

OASES Planning module integrates forecast maintenance, modification and defect limitation tasks into works orders, automatically generating work package documentation and material pre-loads. Airworthiness directives and service bulletins are tracked, and requisite actions automatically included in a works order, together with all pertinent electronic documentation.

The system’s granular level of reporting enables you to track every maintenance task; by labour time, personnel, trade, multi-stage thresholds and intervals. Work packages include any attached documents and documentation over-printed with identifying data. Planning teams are relieved of the many detailed tasks that contribute to a coordinated plan; the system takes care of the detail.

MODULE 3
Production

OASES Production module drives improved efficiency and improved analysis, by providing real-time visibility of task status. Reports are automatically created to give insights into KPIs such as budget vs actual labour expended, defects raised, and all materials issued or returned.

This level of understanding enables teams to more effectively plan resources, from hangar level down to individual task level. The resource planning functionality allows all users to plan hangar resources required to carry out maintenance on an aircraft. All work cards may be bar-coded providing a simple and reliable method for work in progress data capture. The information collected includes job number, employee number, materials used, start and finish times, enabling fast and efficient analysis of the task’s progress.

MODULE 4
Line Maintenance

OASES Line Maintenance module enables you to integrate data feeds from EFB, ETL, e-enabled aircraft and electronic operations systems, to more effectively control and improve short-term maintenance planning, and ensure aircraft defects rectification, and requisite components availability. By integrating planning and material control functions, the system intelligently routes electronic requisitions; automatically reserving stock or, if required immediately, forwarding a picking notification to stores.

All short-term scheduled activities, component removals and defect rectifications can be forecast via a single screen. In conjunction with MEL data, the system automatically creates LMC worksheets, emailed to the appropriate station, detailing requisite maintenance and rectification activities. Full permission-based visibility of defect history accelerates identification of problems. Operatives can interrogate source information from the same view. Data can be filtered by ATA system(s), CFD category, date range and other specified parameters.

Maintenance Control

Users can monitor status, identify maintenance slots, allocate requisite resources and materials, and manage work orders all from one screen, with easy colour-coding and total user flexibility. Users can also visualise the ‘knock-on’ effect of short-notice changes to planning schedules and react appropriately. Every eventuality can be managed, with confidence, insights, and minimal risk of schedule disruption.

Material Management

OASES Material Management module enables you to improve the cost-effectiveness of your stock control and ensure availability when required; no waiting for parts to arrive, no delayed schedules, no loss of income. With OASES MobileMaterial app you can check stock and issue parts on the move. You can automatically log parts in and out, create requests for quotes, send orders and pass through to accounts for payment. The module also includes RFID Tool Control for tools or parts of a tool kit.

Fully integrated management of inventory demands and material requirements are tracked from initial creation through each stage to completion, and reconciliation with the financial accounting system. Automatic shortage management ensures that all outstanding requirements are visible at all times.

Customs Tracking

OASES Customs Tracking module provides tracking data both inward and outward bound, ensuring demonstrable customs compliance through robust data audit trails; from supplier/manufacturer source to point of receipt of goods, and from your location to another, be it a customer location of a cross-border location within your own organisation. For both incoming orders and shipments, wherever material or equipment crosses a customs border, the data is captured.

User-friendly dashboard views provide real-time insight as customs information is captured at the point the shipment clears customs, rather than only on receipt of the goods in the warehouse. By specifying the customs territory against each address, OASES Customs Tracking allows users to view journey progress between warehouses or to or from a supplier, and ensure the relevant customs information is captured.
